Well 3G started with Japan or at-least got popularized in Japan, they were bound to be ahead but having an annual average expenditure of 10 USD on every subscriber, states a lot ! This compilation is impressive and in many ways fabulous! The Operators in Western And other Asian parts should take a cue from Japan.
