I believe that one of the problems that large traditional agencies create themselves, is over inflated costs for mobile campaigns. In my opinion it is better to start with really small mobile campaigns that support other channels, ie a really simple but sexy, useful .mobi content, which should cost next to nothing in real terms, but starts the brand off on their mobile journey. Start small, do it well, keep the cost low to justify the potentially and initial low ROI, and build on that.
Anyone agree?
